I do not want a 6-pack, infact no even a hint of one!! If I do these exercises will it give me a flat stomach? Also I hate my ‘love handles’ please tammy can you do an exercise specifically targetting those? and maybe lower back fat as well

i’ve been doing this work out and so far i’m seeing results after 2 weeks. last week i did the work out once every day mon-fri and now im doing them everyday mon-fri twice a day

i think u can do them 2 times a day and if u can do more than 12 times u should do it. i think 12 its to start u can increase the number of times later i think

yeah that works for me, 5 months till i summer, and im working out real hard ! i started the beggining of the year but didnt get motivated enough, so now im going to work out real hard
just think about summer, and wearing bikinies… that helps
