I do not want a 6-pack, infact no even a hint of one!! If I do these exercises will it give me a flat stomach? Also I hate my ‘love handles’ please tammy can you do an exercise specifically targetting those? and maybe lower back fat as well ;) Sorry ! I couldnt think of a nicer way to phrase it !!! thank you x x x x

@MsRachel61 sorry, can I just ask how many times a week that you do the exercises? and have you really had to cut down on your eating to get these results? I am going on holiday in August do you think that it is possible to have skinny legs by then ? Thank You x x x

i’ve been doing this work out and so far i’m seeing results after 2 weeks. last week i did the work out once every day mon-fri and now im doing them everyday mon-fri twice a day :) thanks tammy

i think u can do them 2 times a day and if u can do more than 12 times u should do it. i think 12 its to start u can increase the number of times later i think

yeah that works for me, 5 months till i summer, and im working out real hard ! i started the beggining of the year but didnt get motivated enough, so now im going to work out real hard :) just think about summer, and wearing bikinies… that helps :)
