@djaziatic LOL. PHd doctor talking about something that would be included in sports medicines and kinesiology. You realize most PHd doctors say Protein and Creatine are bad for you, right?
@Demonsoul79 lol…well its right off a phd doctors website so yea…i would think he knows more then you so why dont you stfu before responding.
@djaziatic That is by far some of the worst broscience I have ever heard. Shut up until you know what the hell you’re doing.
if im trying to gain mass should i do less reps of my max weight, rather then what he is doing(12, 10, 8 and so on)?
u just got to get used to them after a while they become fucking easy
Yeah I get what you mean but like see this guy’s pretty sculpted, but you see dudes with arms twice as big but just freakin chunks of meat.
If your doing a good workout and eating healthy you will pack on lean muscle. Everyone always says “Oh I don’t wanna get that big” but you will obviously not just ‘become big’ without gaining small amounts of muscle first.
@78imonfire3 if hes really clanking the dumbbells together repeatedly with excessive force, he may experience abnormal pain and inflammation in the muscles and joints being used. And if they are rubber dumbells then they have a higher chance to bounce off eachother and cause abnormal movement and has a higher chance of injury. my cousin was doing dumbell incline presses and injured his wrist hitting the dumbells together.
@djaziatic why is it bad to hit the dumbells? Just curious.
fck dips
its so hard
DUDE!!!!!
yea seriously…hitting dumbells calls for disaster.
its not good to touch the dumbells…!!!!
Im on this!!!
Awesome vid! Very helpfull and well explained.
he looks like arnorld
no no.. the chest i A muscle, you train the whole part once a week. But you can focus more on upper chest sometimes. The middle-lower part is eaiser to get. Regular presses, and regular flyes. no combos. It simple and effective, when its diet-onseason you can switch to more intensive routines, but heavy, good form for offseason is perfect with barbells.
@PumaTomten are you working upper and lower on differnt days? and do you do press-flys-press-flys or just press press press flys flys flys
@ninetails009 obviously it means till you cant do anymore
@choya7x all in one day but really only once a week. you shoul work them hard enough where your body can only handle once a week
lol!
3-4sets incline press and flyes, flat presses, no flat flyes and dips. offseasons its better to do 4-5ses flat bench, incline bench, incline flyes and weighted dips (you lift more with barbells so perfect for offseasons) – (dumbells for onseason less weight, more reps and better angles for the wrist for better contact with muscles)
@PumaTomten so you do incline 3 sets then flys 3 sets? then move on to flat doing the same thing then dips???
@choya7x – if you do them all in one day and then leave them, this way the chest repairs the muscles
